Every class includes guided training in Ninja, OCR, and Functional Fitness, with coaches helping each athlete focus on the discipline that matches their goals. Whether you want to get stronger, feel healthier, or podium at your next competition, we’ll prepare you every step of the way.
Ninja Warrior Training
Elite obstacle-based training designed to build real-world strength, coordination, and fearless movement. Our ninja program blends creativity with structure, giving athletes the tools to progress safely while still pushing limits every session.
Obstacle Course Racing
Training built for real races—not just workouts. We combine running mechanics, obstacle efficiency, and functional strength so athletes are prepared for everything a course throws at them.
Functional Fitness

Toddler Training (Ages 3–5)
Purpose-driven movement classes designed specifically for growing bodies. Our toddler program builds coordination, balance, and body awareness through structured play that supports healthy physical and cognitive development from the very start.
Mobility Training
Mobility training improves range of motion, joint health, and muscular balance. Sessions blend controlled stretching with light resistance and intentional movement, helping you strengthen muscles that often get missed in typical workouts. The result is a body that moves more freely, feels less stiff, and recovers better.
