Mission statement

Our mission is to make fitness and opportunity accessible for every Inland Empire family. We help low-income families get healthier, support our top athletes as they compete at the highest levels, and create community competitions that bring people together. We’re also committed to building better training spaces—from our gym to local parks—so every child and adult has a place to grow stronger.

GROW THE FOUNDATION

Team Wolf’s Den is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families and athletes across the Inland Empire. As one of the region’s only multi-discipline training environments—combining functional fitness, obstacle course racing, ninja training, mobility, and community wellness—we create opportunities that many local families would never have access to.

Our programs focus on helping low-income families get healthier, supporting our top athletes as they compete at the highest levels, and building community through new competitions and fitness events. Our nonprofit plan outlines the scope of our services and guides our efforts to secure grants, sponsorships, and donations needed to expand our impact. It also serves as a continual roadmap for evaluating our mission, goals, and long-term vision—including building new training spaces both inside our facility and throughout local parks in the Inland Empire.

Together, Team Wolf’s Den is creating a healthier, stronger community—one family at a time.

Why your support matters

Your support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of families across the Inland Empire. Every contribution helps open the doors to health, confidence, and community for those who may not otherwise have access. It allows our young athletes to chase their dreams, represent our community with pride, and grow into strong leaders. Your generosity also helps us create positive events, build inspiring training spaces, and enrich local parks where families can play, move, and connect. When you support Team Wolf’s Den, you become part of a movement that uplifts families, strengthens our community, and creates opportunities that last a lifetime.

Our history with this program

Since 2021, Team Wolf’s Den has been blessed with the support of extraordinary community partners who believed in our mission long before we became a 501(c)(3). Toyota of Redlands joined us first in 2021, followed by Burgesons HVAC in 2022, and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in 2024. These three partners have stood with us from the moment they came aboard, helping us pour a total of $245,000 directly back into our community—100% of it used to support families, strengthen youth programs, empower athletes, and uplift the Inland Empire.

For more than four years, we’ve been doing this work on our own, driven by passion, purpose, and the belief that our community deserves better opportunities. Now, with a proven track record and a growing vision, we’re ready to expand our impact on a much larger scale. And this is where you come in. Your support will help us serve more families, create more programs, build more training spaces, and continue transforming lives across the Inland Empire.

Beautifying san Bernardino: our commitment to restoring the city we love

Since 2021, Team Wolf’s Den Foundation has been on the front lines of transforming San Bernardino—one street, one alley, and one community space at a time. What began as a small local effort has grown into a powerful movement dedicated to removing trash, stopping illegal dumpings, and wiping out graffiti across the city. Over the last four years, our volunteers have removed thousands of tags, cleared countless blighted areas, and reignited pride in neighborhoods that had long been overlooked.

In 2025, our mission reached a historic milestone. We officially partnered with the Downtown Neighborhood Association of San Bernardino (DNA), combining our strengths and resources to take our impact to the next level. In October of 2025, this partnership led to the largest cleanup in San Bernardino’s history, where over 300 volunteers united for one shared goal: restoring beauty, hope, and dignity to our city.

This work is possible because of the incredible support from organizations that believe in our vision. Burrtec is now a committed sponsor in our cleanup initiative, ensuring we have the tools and resources to take on projects of all sizes. We have also gained support from the Mayor of San Bernardino and members of the City Council, all standing with us as we push toward a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant Inland Empire.

And this is only the beginning.

We’ve made a promise—to our city, to our families, and to the next generation—that we will show up every single month to continue this fight against blight. Through consistent cleanups, strategic partnerships, and community empowerment, we are determined to remove San Bernardino from the list of the dirtiest cities nationwide and showcase the true potential of the Inland Empire.

San Bernardino deserves to shine.

And with your help, we will make it happen.

Recognized as san bernardino's july 2025 citizens of the month

In July 2025, Xzavian and Diego were honored as San Bernardino’s Citizens of the Month—a recognition that stands as a powerful testament to the work, dedication, and consistency poured into beautifying this city over the past several years. This award wasn’t just about two individuals—it reflected the impact of an entire movement built on service, accountability, and community pride.

Through thousands of graffiti removals, countless trash pickups, and citywide cleanups that have mobilized hundreds of volunteers, the transformation of San Bernardino has become visible, meaningful, and inspiring. Standing before the Mayor and City Council to receive this award was a moment of gratitude—but more importantly, a reminder that the work is far from over.

Being recognized by the city validated what our foundation already believes deeply:

San Bernardino is worth fighting for.

This honor fuels our mission to continue tackling the challenges the city faces—blight, illegal dumping, graffiti, and the lack of consistent community resources. It reinforces our commitment to showing up month after month, year after year, to rebuild a stronger, cleaner, and more hopeful community for the Inland Empire.

For us, this award is not an endpoint—it’s motivation to go even harder.

The Wolf’s Den Foundation is here to restore San Bernardino, uplift its families, and help rewrite the story of our city’s future.

2024 Community Impact Award: Honoring a Year of Service and $85,000 Given Back

In 2024, Diego was proudly awarded the Community Impact Award, a distinction reserved for leaders who leave an undeniable mark on the lives around them. This honor recognized a year defined by generosity, grit, and relentless dedication to uplifting the Inland Empire community.

Through grassroots fundraising, sponsorship partnerships, and countless hours of hands-on service, $85,000 was given directly back to local families, youth athletes, and community projects—every dollar used to open doors, create opportunities, and build hope where it was needed most. From scholarships for low-income families to athlete travel support, from community events to major cleanups across San Bernardino, this investment created real, measurable change.

Receiving the Community Impact Award was more than a personal accomplishment—it was a celebration of the mission that fuels everything we do. It showcased what is possible when a community rallies behind a vision of health, empowerment, and progress. And it reinforced an even bigger truth:

Impact isn’t measured by words—it’s measured by action.

This award solidified our commitment to doing even more. It became a driving force behind the creation of our nonprofit foundation and the expansion of our efforts citywide. As we move forward, we will continue building on the momentum of 2024, expanding our reach and ensuring that every family in the Inland Empire has access to the support, resources, and opportunities they deserve.

The Wolf’s Den Foundation is here to change lives—one family, one athlete, and one city at a time.

2023 Certificate of Appreciation – City of Redlands Human Relations Commission

In 2023, our efforts to uplift and strengthen our community were honored by the City of Redlands Human Relations Commission, who presented us with an official Certificate of Appreciation for our dedication to volunteerism and service. This recognition highlighted the heart of our mission: to serve, support, and inspire the families and individuals who make up the Inland Empire.

Throughout 2023, our team consistently showed up—whether it was organizing community events, supporting local families in need, mentoring youth, or leading wellness initiatives. Every act of service, big or small, contributed to creating a healthier, more united, and more hopeful community. The Human Relations Commission acknowledged not just the work we do, but the spirit behind it: compassion, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to helping people thrive.

Receiving this certificate was a powerful reminder that community change begins with people who are willing to lead by example. It validated our belief that when you invest in others, you invest in the future of the entire city.

This recognition doesn’t mark the end of our efforts—it marks a continued promise.

A promise to keep showing up.

A promise to keep serving.

A promise to keep building a stronger, healthier Inland Empire for all.

The Wolf’s Den Foundation is proud of this honor—and even more proud of the community we are helping shape, one act of service at a time.
